Return Policy
Most items sold on ShopMerrickville.com are returnable, under our 14-day "exchange or return-for-credit" guarantee. Food and coffee are non-returnable, and some art is final sale (items are clearly marked).
If you are not satisfied with what you have purchased, please fill out the "Contact us" form to let us know you will be returning it. You can choose between exchanging the item for one of equal or lesser value (with the difference being given to you in a credit voucher) or taking a credit voucher for the amount paid. Please note that the item must be returned at your expense within 14 days of receipt, in the original condition and in the original packaging. All items being returned must be insured during transit for their full retail value. Please mark "RETURN" clearly on the box. All items are photo-documented during packaging.
