I would like to see more photos of an item on your
site.
Of course we can send you more pictures. We know that,
especially with works of art, it is essential that you see as much
of it as possible before purchasing.
Please use the "Contact us" form to send us an email telling us which item(s) you would like more pictures of, what exactly you would like to see in the photos, and we
will take the photos and send them to you.
What if I buy a piece of art but once it's in my home for a
few days I realise I don't like it?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we know that buying art without physically seeing
it can be risky - will it fit in with my decor? Will I like it?
Maybe the colour isn't quite what I thought it was? Bearing this
in mind, we offer a 14-day "exchange or return-for-credit" guarantee on most items. (Items that cannot be returned are clearly marked on the site.) If you are not satisfied with the piece you
purchased, please fill out the "Contact us" form to let us know you will be returning it. We accept returns within 14 days, in the original packaging, for exchange or credit. Please note that ShopMerrickville.com will not reimburse for shipping charges. Please be sure to mark "RETURN" clearly on the box.
Can I send a cheque or Money Order instead of using PayPal?
Yes, we are happy to accept cheques or Money Orders. There is an option for each of these payment methods on the Checkout page.
Once you submit your order, please mail us (address below) the cheque or Money Order, quoting the Order ID #. When we receive the payment we will send you a confirming email, and we will send you another email when we ship the item. Orders paid by Money Order are shipped as soon as we receive the Money Order. Orders paid by cheque are shipped 5 business days following receipt of payment, in order for the cheque to clear. Orders which are to be paid by Money Order or cheque will be held for 14 days only pending receipt of payment.

Where is Merrickville?
Merrickville is located 70 km southwest of Ottawa, Ontario,
Canada.
To get here from Ottawa (approximately 45 minutes), take
Highway 416 south. From Highway 416, take the Kemptville
exit (Exit 34), which puts you onto Highway 43 west. Highway
43 west will take you directly to Merrickville (20 km).
To get here from Highway 401 (either direction), take the
Maitland/Merrickville exit (Exit 705). This puts you onto
County Road 15. County Road 15 north takes you right into
Merrickville (25 km - approximately 30 minutes).
